We are a guild, a collection of professional craftsmen that are in the pursuit of a common goal – the creation of beautiful furniture. But we are so much more than that, we are a family.
We are family in the traditional sense, Chuck learned woodworking from his father and in turn passed his own knowledge down to his son. Chuck’s wife, Regina, is an integral part of the company, handling the numbers side of things, fearlessly leading the accounting department with all the charm of a true southern bell. Wives and husbands, parents and children, work alongside one another to create one of a kind masterpieces day in and day out.
But we are also a family in a more unique sense of the word.
There are a lot of companies out there who like to brag that they treat their employees like family but few actually do. Unlike big corporations, we never treat our amazing staff like a number. We can connect and collaborate freely, and that makes our jobs fun. Whether it is an afternoon ping pong battle, a random shindig at the end of the day, or our annual Holiday party, we know how to let loose and not take ourselves too seriously. We support each other creatively and personally, always willing to lend a minute or two to talk shop or discuss whatever might be going on in our lives.
